About the Project

This long-term initiative focuses on inclusive growth and gender equity by empowering women, youth, refugees, and persons with disabilities to establish eco-conscious and financially sustainable enterprises. The project nurtures entrepreneurship through hands-on training, design development, technology integration, and access to domestic and international markets.

It promotes social inclusion while advancing environmentally responsible business practices and local employment generation, particularly in craft-based, textile, and small-scale green industries.

Key Achievements

  • Directly supported 400 women entrepreneurs, including refugees and persons with disabilities, strengthening their leadership and business management skills.

  • Facilitated product design, technology adoption, and market linkages, leading to the creation and growth of 15+ enterprises based on inclusive business models.

  • Promoted eco-friendly production practices, helping marginalized groups contribute to local green economies and climate-resilient livelihoods.
