About the Project
This long-term initiative focuses on inclusive growth and gender equity by empowering women, youth, refugees, and persons with disabilities to establish eco-conscious and financially sustainable enterprises. The project nurtures entrepreneurship through hands-on training, design development, technology integration, and access to domestic and international markets.
It promotes social inclusion while advancing environmentally responsible business practices and local employment generation, particularly in craft-based, textile, and small-scale green industries.
Key Achievements
Directly supported 400 women entrepreneurs, including refugees and persons with disabilities, strengthening their leadership and business management skills.
Facilitated product design, technology adoption, and market linkages, leading to the creation and growth of 15+ enterprises based on inclusive business models.
Promoted eco-friendly production practices, helping marginalized groups contribute to local green economies and climate-resilient livelihoods.
