Sujata Goswami is an experienced development professional with over 18 years of expertise in the handicrafts and handloom sectors, Fair Trade, micro-enterprise development, and livelihood promotion.

As the Executive Director of Sarba Shanti Ayog (SSA) and Head of Development at Sasha Association for Craft Producers (SASHA), she leads strategic development initiatives, ethical compliance, and producer support systems. She plays a vital role in domestic and international business development, capacity building, and social enterprise strengthening with a strong commitment to gender equity and environmental sustainability. Sujata also has three years of teaching experience.
