Enterprise Training & Capacity Building Initiatives
SSA places strong emphasis on training and capacity building as a key strategy to strengthen craft-based livelihoods and promote sustainable enterprise development. These initiatives are extended to both producers within Sasha’s network and other grassroots organizations, with a focus on enhancing enterprise management and development capacities through a combination of informal and formal workshops.
