Finance professional with over 30 years of experience in financial management, compliance, and institutional strengthening. Rabindranath has extensive expertise working with livelihood promotion organizations and Fair Trade social enterprises.  He is well-versed in FCRA regulations, donor fund management, and non-profit financial systems. He leads budgeting, auditing, statutory compliance, and financial reporting across multi-donor projects. Additionally, provides oversight on human resource functions, administrative systems, and internal governance processes. He ensures transparency, accountability, and regulatory adherence across organizational operations and plays a strategic role in financial planning for development projects and enterprise initiatives. He is committed to ethical finance practices and long-term sustainability of mission-driven organizations. Currently leads finance and compliance at Sarba Shanti Ayog since 1995.
